About this house rental
Consisting of 4 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds, 1 with a double bed and the 4th bedroom (formally a sun room) having 6 single beds so the property will comfortably sleep 12 guests.
With a fully equipped modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and electric cooking making meal time easy to cook up a storm for the family. There is access to the covered patio where you can enjoy a bbq outside in the summer sunshine and watch the kids play in the fenced yard.
For your comfort there is split system heating and cooling in the loungeroom with additional heaters within the property and each bedroom has a pedestal fan to help keep you cool.
The main bedroom has an ensuite. There is also a walk in shower in the combined main bathroom/laundry which is perfect for those that have trouble stepping into a shower.
There is secure parking behind gates for 2 cars or a car and a boat.

Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.
Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation.
You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking.
Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
A security deposit of AUD500 is required for all confirmed reservations. This will be processed via an online link 7 days prior to arrival and will be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.

Generally, the stay was satisfactory. We are pleasantly pleased with the number of beds for our family stay. The location is conveniently located near central with shops around.
However, the place is not really handicapped friendly. It would be better if it is equipped with dryer and bed linen as we are overseas travellers with limited luggage space. Thus this place would be more suitable for local travellers. Last but not least, the communication via emails while we are in Australia was not convenient due to our limited overseas data plan and we can’t check emails all the time while travelling around. Communication via direct phone call during emergencies (eg key lost incident) would be preferred.
