Communication between Coastal Letting Co was great, they were helpful. Hotel was beautiful. Scenery was amazing. Shops and restaurants walking distance.

Excellent proximity to the main action of surfers paradise. The facility had everything we needed For our holiday stay. Great parking.
Some bits and pieces were outdated, like the TV. Not enough pegs to hang clothes. Otherwise great.

The hotel is located in a convenient and beautiful area, close to many attractions, restaurants, and shopping places.
Unfortunately, the hotel was not clean, and there were many cockroaches inside the room. In addition, we had an ongoing problem with the hotel access card, and the issue was not properly resolved despite bringing it to the staff’s attention. This made our stay uncomfortable and disappointing.
