The water slides, the rooms were roomy

We didn’t have good views, on the lower levels. Tram and gate noise quite loud from level 2.

Location in close comfortable distance from main Surfers paradise hub. Easy walking. Great selection of pools on site. Accommodation fit family comfortably.

Sun City do not directly manage "residential" apartments and therefore were unable to assist us during our stay. Restaurant only offered breakfast, no dinner options. Apartment not provided enough items- paper towels, extra bin bags, swimming pool towels etc for lengthy stay. Directions for on site parking lead us to another suburb, when we gained entry to the on site parking another car was parked in allocated parking bay for the length of stay which left us having to use someone else's.

Our apartments was spectacular Instructions where easy to follow The only thing I can say was a down fall, we couldn't get into our room for 3 hours as the batteries on the door to get in where dead. So it would be good if the batteries where checked more often. Other then that we had a great stay and would come back and stay here. Thank you
