I would not come back. The value for the property didn’t match what I paid.

Everything was an extra charge. The beds were horribly uncomfortable. The remote wouldn’t change the tv channels.

Couldn’t get the tv to change channels. No one on the office to help.

Incredible views, comfy room and good service. We had a very late checkin, almost around midnight but the staff helped us remotely and we still had a seamless checkin

Clean, comfortable room. Love the walk in shower. Beautiful lake view.

Had to check in earlier than we were ready to settle in because the desk isn't staffed after 8 pm. When we returned to get in our room, not all the lights were working at the outdoor entrances. I was glad I wasn't traveling alone as a woman. But we were there to help our son anf daughter in law after having their second baby. In those instances, I usually am traveling alone. So in future, this would probably not be my hotel of choice. Even just outdoor entrance that we're well lit would have me feeling anxious. For the price, we could have stayed in Wapakonetta and had a more secure location and hot breakfast. I chose this location to be closer to my son's home.

There were bugs and the matress was so broke down you fell in a hole no support. Worst I have had in any of my stays anywhere. Left my complaint never received a call back from management. Your kids work the front desk and know nothing nor do they care your thoughts.

Nice waterfront view but unkept property

Overlooks water

Room smelled like sewer and wasn’t clean - carpet was old & dirty, walls were soiled, refrigerator needed defrosted. Didn’t even smell like cleaning supplies. The exterior doors were made of steel and scalding hot to the touch (sun). Sign out front needed painted, and overall the place needed refreshed.,

Location is great. Many restaurants nearby.

Bathroom layout was inconvenient. Only shelf available in shower room was over the toilet, which didn't have a cover seat. Should put those type of seats with covers on the toilets and also put hooks somewhere, maybe on the back of the door to hang clothes. Too easy to knock items off the only shelf into the toilet. Can't use vanity surface since it's outside the shower room.

Definitely a great getaway in Ohio, I will be coming back here again with my wife.

Very quiet and peaceful. Far enough away from the boardwalk that you didn’t have any noise.

The only issue I had with the room was that it was difficult to open the door occasionally. It seems like they may need to update their door handles and latches. It was just a little rough at times.

Amazing location for a great price, but a lot you can get charged for

First time staying at this hotel and it was better than expected. 2nd floor rooms have a great view of the lake and everything you may need is in your room. Free parking with parking pass included.

A lot of extra things you can pay extra for. Front desk isn't 24h, so if you get locked out in the night, you have to pay extra for that. If you want a late check-out there's also a fee. The only place I have been in US that wanted to photocopy my passport at check in.

Everything was amazing!! The room was super clean and comfortable! The view was fantastic! The staff was so friendly and helpful!!

They only gave us 3 towel and 3 wash clothes per day with teenage girls and all of us having long hair, repeated trips to ask for more towels after each shower!

Fished a 2 day tournament and it was great location. Stayed before and it was a little quieter

Very nice view of the lake. Nicw balcony. Very clean room. Big room. Comfortable bed. Heater worked well.

No elevator. Outside entrance to room. Parking was minimal. Walls between rooms are paper thin. Could literally hear conversation being had in the next room. Facility charges automatic $50 deposit in addition to room charges. Took 10 days for it to be credited back to my card.
