The location. The bed was nice.

The bathroom was not very clean. The steps going upstairs to the 2nd floor are awful.

Nice place to sleep for the night if you're working in the area

It was nice, it was clean, it could have been a little bit cleaner in the bathroom. The staff was excellent, helping somehow there was a mistake, and they were able to move us to rooms without any hassle. The mistake was on me, not on them.

We requested a first floor room. When we got there we found out all the first floor rooms were taken despite booking the room 6-7 months in advance. We've stayed at your facility every year for the past 5 years on the same weekend.

They say they would give me my money back since the bug filled room was in inhabitable

All the bugs the broken door lock and the broken to Toilet seat. Not to mention the room was just dirty

clean. got the room with the jacuzzi tub

water kind of ran slow which I understand happens but it took over an hr to fill the tub. but the hot water was still hot which rarely happens.
