    Shiomi Prince Hotel is one of the best hotels that we stayed in when we were in Tokyo. We got a room that was okay for a family of 4, we had 4 single beds that met our needs. Good location if planning to go to Disneyland or DisneySea, with the train station a few blocks away. Conveniently located near restaurants, convenience stores and a supermarket. Amenities are readily available and you can get more at the lobby. Onsen is available at the hotel if you’re up to the challenge. What made our stay memorable was the earthquake that hit Tokyo in the early hours of 23 August. The staff were composed and explained the situation well. If you’re in Japan, an earthquake with a magnitude of 5.9 is not a serious emergency.😆 Value for money, I would say it was worth it and the other factors made it worth every penny spent.

    Very Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend Our booking included breakfast, but since we made the reservation quite a long time ago, I had forgotten that breakfast was included. Unfortunately, the hotel reception staff did not inform us about this when we checked in. As a result, we paid for breakfast at the restaurant. Later, we discovered that we had effectively paid twice for the same breakfast. I contacted the hotel and requested a refund, but they only refunded part of the amount, which was very disappointing. What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the restaurant supervisor. The service was extremely poor, and the way the situation was handled was not professional or customer-friendly at all. I expected much better service and communication from a hotel. Unfortunately, this experience left us very disappointed, and I would not recommend staying here.
