Looking for comfort and quality in the center of Cascais? So this is your dream place.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building without elevator with a wonderful terrace with unobstructed views. right in the heart of cascais' old town. Surrounded by local commerce and services, restaurants and cafes, craft shops, it is 5 minutes walk from the wonderful beaches of Cascais and the train station to Lisbon.
The apartment is fully refurbished with taste and all comfort. It has air conditioning in the living room and in the bedroom for your total comfort all year round.
When you enter, it has a large social area with lots of light and comfort, with kitchenette, dining area and leisure area.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your home-cooked meals.
It has a hob and oven, microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster and mixer. It also has a washing machine, extension, board and iron. The leisure area has a sofa and LCD TV with international channels and WI-FI throughout the house.
In the private area there is a bedroom with king size double bed and a sunroom with a view.
The bathroom is large with shower base. Soap, shower gel, shampoo and toilet paper are provided, as well as hair dryer.
Other amenities:
Wireless Internet, free throughout the house.
Bed linen, towels, crockery and cutlery included.
House rules:
Smoking is only allowed in the outdoor area of the terrace.
Pets are not allowed.
No noise is allowed after 22:00.
Please throw away the trash and always turn off the lights and equipment when not in use.
The apartment is not prepared for people with reduced mobility.
It is expressly forbidden to change the position and location of the furniture.
Losing Keys costs €100;
Jammed lock/etc. needing technical - Customer pays for technical intervention
Forget keys inside the apart. which implies new welcomer travel - 25€
At check-in a manual will be delivered, please follow the rules.
Minimum stays: 4 nights.
Check-in - Between 16:00 and 20:00 before 16h only if possible and will have an extra cost of 30€; late check-in after 20:00 will cost 30€; Late check-in after 24:00 will cost€50..
Check-out - Between 08:00 and 11:00; after 11am only if possible and will have an extra cost of 30€; early check-out before 6am will cost 50€; Early check-out before 8am will cost 30€.

Transfer from / airport / apartment: 55 € up to 4 people.
Accessories for babies and children: beds / bath / eating chair: additional cost of 5 € / day;
Concierge: We have personalized concierge services with additional costs - which include varied services from bookmaking to recreational or sports activities, marking restaurants or catering services, babysitting,drivers, guided tours, among many others.
Security deposit: 200 Euros per booking; will be returned if the apartment is in the same condition in which the guest found on the day of arrival and no damage has occurred in the apartment or any furniture or equipment thereof.

The management company and check in process was smooth. Jóse met us as planned and spent 30 minutes answering our questions about Cascais and the neighboring area. The next day we met Nuno at their main office. Could not have asked for a more pleasant individual. The flat was easy to find and just as advertised.

Hi, I came to Cascais as a working holiday. I would work as normal during the day and then have evenings and weekend to enjoy Cascais and surrounding areas.
The hosts were very professional and assisted with places to buy groceries, places, to eat, etc.
The apartment is very nice, lots of counter space for home cooking. There are many great restaurants in the area if you prefer eating out.
I've already inquired about coming back again!

We had a great stay in the heart of old town Cascais, literally steps from the central square and beach. Despite that, the street and apartment were very quiet. Some of the furniture was little rickety and we felt we needed to be careful with it. But the balcony was amazing and the views are actually better now than they are in the photos online. One last comment: This is very much a one-bedroom apartment with the bathroom attached to the master bedroom. The pull out couch takes up a lot of the living room space so be advised if you need it as it will impact your use of the main room. All in all, a great stay.

The apartment is situated down a narrow cobblestone street in an adorable part of town. It feels very private and quiet, while being in the center of everything. We could walk everywhere! The host provided some nice welcome snacks/drinks that we enjoyed on the beautiful outdoor balcony. Everything was as promised, and we had a wonderful time.
