About this apartment rental
Apartment located on the second floor in a building in the historic heart of Cascais, located in a very safe area, surrounded by traditional shops, restaurants and cafes. It is five minutes from the beach and the train station to Lisbon.
The apartment has been renovated with modern equipment and furniture. It has lots of light, double glazed windows and heating and fans for air conditioning.
The bedroom has a double bed (160x200), wardrobe, and a very nice sunroom to enjoy a leisurely afternoon. The bathroom next to the bedroom has a shower cabin. Soap, shower gel, shampoo and toilet paper are provided, as well as a hairdryer.
The living room has a sofa bed for two extra guests, TV with international channels and WI-FI extendable throughout the apartment. It also includes a dining area with a table for four people and a fully equipped kitchenette with everything you need to prepare your home-cooked meals. It has a hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster and mixer. Ironing board and iron are also available.

This apartment is located in a region close to the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park, a protected natural area of rare beauty.
It is located in the historic center of Cascais, with its local shops, open-air restaurants, patisseries and bars, as well as the beaches with calm waters of Costa do Estoril, the Marina and Clube Naval de Cascais.
It is also very close, 10 minutes by car, to one of the best beaches in the area, Guincho beach, internationally known for lovers of surfing, windsurfing and kite surfing and now, more recently, paddle surfing.
It is also very close to Quinta da Marinha, one of the best golf courses in the area, surrounded by lush pine trees.
For lovers of equestrian arts, the equestrian center at Quinta da Marinha is also available, as well as a complete gym with tennis and paddle tennis.
Within a radius of 5 km you will find the Estoril Congress Centre, the Estoril Casino and the Estoril Autodrome.
Lisbon is only 40 minutes away by car or by public transport.

• It is expressly prohibited to change the position and location of furniture.
• Loss of key - €100
• Lock blocking that requires technical intervention - Customer pays for the intervention
• Forgetting the keys inside the apartment, requiring a new visit from the Welcomer – €25
• A house manual will be provided in the apartment upon check-in. Please follow the rules.
Minimum stays: 4 nights.
Check-in – Between 4pm and 8pm; before 4pm only if possible and will have an extra cost of €30; late check-in after 8pm will cost €30; late check-in after 24h will cost €50..
Check-out – Between 08:00 and 11:00; after 11 am only if possible and will have an extra cost of €30; early check-out before 6am will cost €50; early check-out before 8am will cost €30.

Transfer from/to airport/apartment: €50 for up to 4 people.
Accessories for babies and children: beds / bath / eating chair: surcharge of €5 / day;
Concierge: We have personalized concierge services with additional costs - which include services ranging from booking recreational or sporting activities, booking restaurants or catering services, babysitting, drivers, guided tours, among many others.
Security deposit: 200 Euros per booking; will be returned if the apartment is in the same condition as the guest found it on the day of arrival and no damage has occurred to the apartment or any furniture or equipment in it.

This is a great place to stay in Cascais! it is roomy, clean and has all the amenities to make your stay easy and enjoyable. Eat in or dine out as you wish. it is a short walk to the beaches, marina, restaurants and shopping. It is also located in a restaurant district with so many different cuisines to choose from. Convenience store in the same block to make things simple. This is a great place to stay. Our stay was two weeks this year. We are going to book next year once we agree on whether it is 3 weeks or 4 weeks!Tim & Lois
