Very cute little flat, perfect for a wknd or an overnight, we really had a great stay and would love coming back soon! Thank you for leaving us a little breakfast, that was really convenient.

No wifi, doesn't exist, owner needs fix this on booking.com but probably won't. Its been wrong for a long time. Elevator is Smelly. Room is very small and cramped. Carpet on the floor is dirty. Bathroom has a sewer smell. Either sleep on a sofa bed which is never good or a bunkbed which isn't much better.

Would give this 0 stars if I could TDLR : MICE PROBLEM, UNHELPFUL HOST UNCLEAN ETC ETC The problems started on the first day when we asked about the WiFi that was advertised and the landlord said it was being 'repaired'.(when he eventually replied after days of ignoring us) When we checked the reviews every review said there was no WiFi, so he clearly lied about the WiFi needing to be repaired. The shower was ice cold, and when we contacted him about it he told us there was a switch that was necessary to make the water hot. This is information that should have been told to us at the beginning, so we didn't have to have days of cold showers. It seems like a lazy way for him to save money. There was some food provided, but it had to be replaced if we ate it, which actually just meant it blocked up all the usable space in the only cupboard. The switch in the kitchen sparked when we turned it on. The fridge was unclean, as was most of the apartment. The floor was COVERED in white hairs (I think from a dog). There were hairs in the sheets. The bathroom was freezing ( it had a heater that you could put on that was on a very loud timer, and could only be on for an hour so it was always freezing when you came into the bathroom). The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The place was very small for 4 adults. Very small kitchen (difficult to cook in). Bench on balcony broken. No duvet covers just sheets which was uncomfortable. Dishwasher was temperamental. Advertised as with a washing machine, there was none. The main issue was that one day when we were eating dinner we heard a scratching noise coming from under the sink. When we looked we found a mouse. When we tried to contact the landlord he opened our messages and ignored them, so we phoned him as it was only 9:30 at night. Despite the fact we could see he was online when he picked up the phone he pretended he had been asleep. He told us he would try to come tomorrow to fix the problem.

unfortunately there is not enough hot water. only for one person quick shower. the dishwasher was broken so had to do the dishes by hand in cold water.

The owner is really friendly, always available and educated. We never met face to face, but even by phone we can see his kindness. Also He offer some meal packs for the breakfast, really cool.

It was hard to find some elements in the apartment, but after calling the owner, he was able to explain everything.

When you consider the value that this apartment is for a stay, it’s superb location for skiing and how good the host Herve is you can’t not give it 10/10. Little touches like a small amount of food provided in emergencies and the host being very contactable made our stay very easy. Bathroom appeared to be recently refurbished and was very modern.

Yes it is a little small and the shower isn’t always hot but for two people skiing on a budget it was perfect. Three / four nights here would be enough, anything longer and I’d pay more for comfier beds and space.
