On a high floor, ideal for 6 people (family or teleworking): Wifi with fast internet connection and office area. Balcony of 8 m² facing south, equipped kitchen, dining area.
3 bedrooms, 2 toilets and 2 bathrooms with washer/dryer.
Located in the Pierre et Vacances residence, this duplex offers easy access, underground parking, a ski locker. Very close to the upper exit of the funicular (Isola Hamlet).

1h30 from Nice airport or train station, this duplex is ideal for long weekends. Underground parking included.
Minimum 5 nights (except during school holidays, rental only by the week)

Pleasant and modern decoration with storage spaces and a really complete equipment: dishwasher, washer dryer, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, 2 televisions, one of which is connected to the Home Cinema system and Google Cast.
The rooms are equipped with duvets and pillows (60 * 60 cm) and storage space
- Master bedroom: queen size 160 cm * 200 cm
- Mountain "Corner": 2 beds 80 cm * 190cm (possible 160 * 190cm)

Appartement très agréable ,spacieux et bien ensoleillé. Optimal au niveau rangement , bien fourni en vaisselle. De plus bien situé car très proche du funiculaire et du stop navette. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine et conseillons vivement cet appartement.
