About this chalet rental
The chalet is located on the top of the resort.
The residence "Les Chalets du Mercantour" is made up of a collective chalet and above four rows of individual chalets.
The garages of the individual chalets are located on the first floor of the collective building (access by elevator).
Access to the ski area by a track starting in front of the building (we put in the garage), return by a track arriving between the second and third row of cottages).
Half chalet of 60 m2, wooden, delivered in 2007, including:
upstairs: bedroom1: 1 bed 160,
bedroom2: 1 bed 140 with mezzanine: 1 mattress 140 and 1 mattress90 heating by convectors
1 bathroom with bathtub and towel radiator
2 separate toilets
1 living room dining room on the ground floor with underfloor heating
fitted kitchen with fridge, freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, raclette, vacuum cleaner
storage space with washing machine
south facing sun terrace with views of the mountain and the slopes
Garage in the chalet building located below individual chalets.

This is a wonderful property enjoying an elevated position resulting in wonderful views over the resort. The property is very comfortable, is well kitted out and has excellent facilities. Check in was easy and we were well looked after by Beatrice. Many thanks.

Beatrice was an amazing host, helped with all enquiries, accommodated a late checkout and even loaned us a sewing kit for our sons split salopettes. The chalet is well presented, sufficiently sized with a fantastic view of the slopes. The kitchen worked well for us, the beds are comfy and bathroom is modern. Underfloor heating is a nice touch. Some might find the stairs from the road a little tiring but if you’re on an activity holiday then these shouldn’t put you off.. Will definitely stay here again if heading to back to Isola. Thanks again Beatrice..

The apartment was dusty and the access not described in full. There is a lot of steps to access the chalet. The path was not cleared of snow and access in the dark was difficult carrying lots of luggage and provisions. Otherwise chalet was fit for purpose.
