Welcome to our North Fork retreat — a fully renovated four-bedroom, two-bath home in a quiet residential beach community just outside Greenport Village on Long Island's celebrated North Fork.
We bought this house because we rented it and fell in love with it. We've put real care into making it the kind of place where families can show up, exhale, and have an exceptional week.
OUTDOOR LIVING:
The heart of the property in summer is outside. A heated pool and hot tub anchor the backyard, and there's a small private neighborhood beach just steps from the end of the block. Whether you're spending the day in the water, grilling in the evening, or soaking under the stars, the outdoor space delivers.
THE HOUSE:
The home comfortably sleeps 8 across four bedrooms — two queen bedrooms ideal for couples, and two additional bedrooms with singles and a bunk bed that are perfect for kids. Two full bathrooms, an open-plan living and dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen make it easy for everyone to spread out without feeling crowded.
There's also a dedicated home office with high-speed wifi for anyone who needs to stay connected.

You're on a quiet, private street five minutes by car from the heart of Greenport Village — the harbor, restaurants, bars, boutiques, mini-golf, and the ferry to Shelter Island. Our stay at Alan’s pristine Greenport home was perfect for our special family weekend. The home was fully equipped, very comfortable, nicely decorated and very clean! The resort like backyard provided all we needed from the pool and hot tub to the gorgeous nighttime sky right above. There was plenty of seating for outdoor dining and enough space out back for our Cornhole and Kan-Jam competitions! The location is perfect. The tree lined block with a small beach at the end made for a most desireable setting. Perfect backdrop for pictures too!! And if that wasn’t enough, charming Greenport was only minutes away. My family and I thank you and your family Alan for allowing others to share this home of yours!

We spent 4 weeks with our son at this house and it could not have been a better vacation! The house is very clean and well stocked. The pool and hot tub is an amazing oasis to spend lazy days. There is a little entrance down the block where you can take kayaks. The location is excellent-easy to get to Greenport downtown/orient as well as mattituck/Southold. Alan was a great host, very responsive and helpful. We hope to be back next summer!

The house was great. It was well equipped with everything we needed. We all loved the pool and jetted spa/jacuzzi. The host, Alan was very responsive when we had a question about the area and/or the home. I highly recommend staying here.

We had a lovely time at this home in Greenport. The welcome packet had everything we needed and check in was simple. Hosts were very communicative. Easy 7 minute drive to downtown, vineyards, and 20 minutes to Orient Point Beach. The backyard and pool were serene and lovely. House was very clean and decorated nicely. We had pretty much everything we needed. Beach at the end of the block was small and rocky, but served it’s purpose of getting the kids out of the house on a misty day to search for seashells. We enjoyed every minute and hope to be back next year!
