Home features 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms (plus outdoor shower in the summer). Two dining spaces that seat 10 people plus outdoor seating in the summer. Home features to spacious TV rooms for hanging out with family and friends, plus large deck in the summer with optimal seating for gatherings. House is newly furnished and updated with space to enjoy the salt water air. This home is minutes away from the quaint village of Greenport (3 miles), some of the best restaurants, wineries and breweries on the North Fork.

We had a great time. The house was larger than the pictures indicate and there was plenty of room for everyone— my in-laws, my sister-in-law, her boyfriend, and her dog. House was clean and host was very responsive. I would definitely rent again.

Had a wonderful stay at this property while in Greenport for a wedding. The house was clean and well stocked with everything you’d need for a short stay! It’s located in a beautiful neighborhood and we took advantage of the bay beach a short walk away! Would 100% stay again!

We had a great week! We found the house clean and prepared with everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. The location was amazing, just minutes away from downtown Greenport and a short walk to the private and serene bay beach. Communication with Kaitlin was seamless and she was very understanding and helpful with a few minor questions we had through the week. She even generously lowered the crib mattress for my toddler and left out a play mat for my baby to use!

Great house. Super comfortable. All amenities. Loved the outdoor shower. Steps from the beach. They provide beach chairs, umbrella, towels and even a cart to carry everything to the beach. Outdoor fire pit and barbeque a big plus. Owner was super responsive to all needs. Only thing that could’ve made it super amazing would’ve been if house had a jacuzzi and a little more privacy in the backyard.
