Newly decorated with central air conditioning, pool/game room. Large picture windows throughout overlooking water – great vacation home for large family. Deep water dock, six and half feet at low tide on shallow end, for up to 60 boat. Swim, Fish, Sail, Boating. Commercial ice machine, 450 pounds of ice a day for beach, boating or your party!

Gorgeous home on the bay. Dock and kayaks available. Kitchen range is ideal. A Weber grill was also provided and a pool table was delightful. The home was clean but would benefit from some TLC. The Barrels outside hold dead plants and weeds. I recommend some updates to lamps, bathroom rugs and much greater organization of linen closets and the ample kitchen cabinets. It’s difficult to find anything when there are no labeled cupboards and items are stored with those holding very unlike items. The location is ideal with laundry and both heat and AC at the renter’s disposal. Its greatest features are the back patio and bedrooms on both floors. There is no manual for expectations or information so the owner needs to be contacted with questions or concerns.

Beautiful home. Perfect setting for us, our 2 children and their kids. Alot of space. Plenty of room. Central location made it easy to go to the beach, the market and the ferry.
