•Hot tub additional fee $50 per night. Must be schedule 24 hours in advance or by 10am on check in day whichever is first.

-Damage Alert: If you spot any damages when you arrive, give us a shout. This helps keep your damage deposit safe and sound.
-Nighttime Calm: Let's keep it peaceful after 10pm – outdoor gatherings and music included, as per the city's rules.
-Pet Pals: Bringing a furry friend? They're totally welcome! Just make sure they're comfy in a crate when you're not around. We'd love to see a crate pic before you check in. Only 1 pet allowed per reservation.
-Chillin' Late Checkouts: If you're in no rush to leave, a late check-out comes with a full day's rate.
-Inviting Friends: Friends are more than welcome, but please give us a heads-up in advance. Visitors count as extra guests with additional fees, 75 per guest per day.
-Sharing, Not So Much: Keep the check-in details and booking info within your group. Sharing outside the reservation leads to cancellation – no fun, we know!
-TLC for Linens: If any towels or linens need extra care, we'll have to deduct $10 per piece from the deposit.
-Trash Talk: On Monday's & Thursday's night, regular bagged garbage goes on the curb in front of the home. Recyclables? Leave those by the garage doors. And remember, no recycling mixed with regular garbage – fines may apply.
-Pest-Free Kitchen: Keep your treats in the kitchen cabinets – we've got a pest-free space and want to keep it that way.
-Fresh Air Vibes: We're keeping things clean and crisp, so no smoking near or inside the house. If any odors linger, there's a $200 cleaning fee.

We actually just slept there we spent most of the time in New York but it was perfect for this it was very quiet and comfortable

Very much like a spacious hotel room. Very clean but basic. No stove for cooking or sink to wash dishes, except in the bathroom.
It is a basement apartment but well lit and quiet.
It suited my needs perfectly, and is minutes from Newark airport so it is perfect for catching an early flight. And you can't beat the price

The place was clean and had enough room for us. However, it should say for people under 5’4’’. My daughter banged her head several times even with the warning signs. Also, both nights we were woken up to loud running and banging on the floor above us. This was around 2am. This is carried on for over an hour. One thing I would recommend is some washcloths and maybe paper towels. Otherwise, our stay was pleasant. We had easy access to the NJ train to go into the city, which is what we wanted.
