The friendliness and helpfulness of the management and staff was extraordinary. It felt like visiting family. The bus transfers made the stay so comfortable.

From the start of our stay Mary made us feel extremely welcome and looked after. The staff pick you up and drop you off when you arrive from the station and are very accomodating when you need an extra lift to different places. They have a great shuttle service into Tsugaike every day for skiing and dinner as well as dropping you at the bus stop for the main valley shuttle bus. The breakfast was always warm and filled us up before hitting the slopes. We enjoyed our private room and bathroom and had plenty of space to hang our wet ski gear in the common areas.

Cozy. Liked the private bathroom we had. Ski storage available. Owners offer some shuttle services.

No general info given. We had to ask about info that should have been posted or given to each guest. Like they offer a dinner shuttle at a certain time, but we were not told that. Room decor lacking. Some awesome ski posters could liven the place up.
