Great roomy and comfortable 1850 square foot home located in one of the most desired locations in Wilmington! Set between Wrightsville and Carolina beaches in the Myrtle Grove/Monkey Junction area. Quite secluded area within 5 minutes of anything you need! Wal-mart, lowes, groceries, resturants, you name it! 15 min. to Wrightsville, 10 minutes to Carolina Beach. 20 minute to Riverwalk! Perfect! Everything you need close by!

Property is located in a great location (close to amenities and beach). Property owner is very responsive and helpful!
Benny has definitely worked on updating the property. Some areas of the house are still dated but clean and comfortable.

Great host. Benny made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Wonderful communication before and throughout the week. Property was perfect for the family.

The property is located in a calm area with easy access to Carolina Beach and Wilmington Downtown. Benny is a respectful, kind and responsive host. We had a good time and we would definitely consider renting Lazy Oaks in the future.
