Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have actually stayed in this house before and the house itself is decent, it could probably use some upgrades as far as toilet seats and a couch, just to keep up with the other newer houses. I was disappointed for a few reasons. You have to keep in mind that there is a 70% chance the Frio isn't flowing so You count on the home to entertain you, right? Well there were no horseshoes, no volley ball net and the pool was very cloudy and was very very green, you couldn't even see your feet. We called the office to report the pool because they have a sign that says cloudy water is not safe. The office was very responsive and sent a pool tech, and he himself said something is wrong with the pool, the levels seem ok but something is definitely wrong and he said I wouldn't swim in it, so we didn't. So we had a non flowing river, no pool , no horseshoes, volleyball net. We made the best of it and played a lot of poker, lol. I think management needs to pay a little more attention to these pools because we spend a lot of money to not be able to use it.

We came into trouble in the beginning with the front door, it was completely jammed and hard to unlock. Also the Ac unit was as 75 and would not cool down evenly in the rooms. 3 out of the 4 were so Hot to be in during the day and sleeping in the warmth was completely uncomfortable. We moved it down to 71 and still it was very very uncomfortable. The restroom outside was full of bugs and cobbwebs like it hadn’t been dusted in a while. The fridge outside wasn’t cooling down any of the drinks. The kitchen lacked pots and pans, we kinda wish we would’ve known so we could’ve packed our own. The house is a beautiful one and we have made so many memories there but I think it’s time to find a different place to rent for next year. We will continue to cherish the memories we made there.

We went for my husbands 30th bday. We had so much fun! Everyone each had a room and a plus was a restroom and shower in every room. The kids loved the pool and playscape. We will definitely be visiting again soon. On our last night the fire pit for s’mores was a hit!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was adequate but had a few glitches. The front left bedroom (with bunk beds) needs batteries for the smoke detector, was beeping when we arrived. One of the coffee makers is broken, we put it under the sink. Water leaked out of the reservoir when it was filed. Need a decent can opener, the one there doesn’t work. We left a couple of small cheap ones, but they did work. Need some cleaning supplies for spraying down counters, table, etc. No one was around when we checked out so left the key in the mailbox, wasn’t sure what to do. I called after leaving the keys and had to leave a message with the answering service. I was going to explain everything then but never got a call back.
