The 19th Hole is located in the gated golf course subdivision. This home has everything you will need to enjoy your next trip to the Frio! Outside, you will find a private pool, fire pit, horseshoes, swing set, outdoor TV, outdoor shower and more! Inside enjoy Wi-Fi and Cable, a card table and 2348 sq feet of living!

All vehicles are to remain in the designated parking areas. Please do not park on grass and/or landscaping. Each rental will receive one parking pass per bedroom. All additional vehicles are $20 for the duration of your stay and must park in the overflow parking at the front of the resort. Our front gate is monitored by security and cameras.
For your convenience, bed linens will be provided and your beds will be made upon your arrival. You and your guests will need to bring bath, kitchen, and river and/or pool towels. In addition, the home will be supplied with a starter kit including dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher pods, trash-bags, laundry detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper for each bathroom. We recommend packing additional toiletry items for your stay.

Listing was accurate. Carefully read what is provided. I had difficulty communicating because of my cell carrier Verizon and I was hosting family so it suckled but despite that property was close to office and staff was very responsive even though it was a holiday weekend.

Our second time time to stay at the 19th Hole and it was just as good as the first time! Perfect size to accommodate me & my 5 siblings. We love the location! It was a wonderful place to spend a fall weekend!

We have actually stayed in this house before and the house itself is decent, it could probably use some upgrades as far as toilet seats and a couch, just to keep up with the other newer houses. I was disappointed for a few reasons. You have to keep in mind that there is a 70% chance the Frio isn't flowing so You count on the home to entertain you, right? Well there were no horseshoes, no volley ball net and the pool was very cloudy and was very very green, you couldn't even see your feet. We called the office to report the pool because they have a sign that says cloudy water is not safe. The office was very responsive and sent a pool tech, and he himself said something is wrong with the pool, the levels seem ok but something is definitely wrong and he said I wouldn't swim in it, so we didn't. So we had a non flowing river, no pool , no horseshoes, volleyball net. We made the best of it and played a lot of poker, lol. I think management needs to pay a little more attention to these pools because we spend a lot of money to not be able to use it.
