Texas Farmhouse is a spacious home located 500 yards from Kenneth Arthur Crossing, one of the most popular spots on the Frio River. Also conveniently located right in between Hippie Chics and The Frio Store. Its backyard space is backed up against a beautiful mountain with private views. The backyard boasts a firepit, outdoor TV, barbecue grills, Pit Boss smoker and plenty of space to play games with the entire family.
The interior spaces have lofty ceilings with large dining and living spaces. A fully equipped kitchen, along with a fully furnished coffee bar allows you to start your day off right and prepare all your family’s meals. A washer, dryer, iron, and small ironing board are also provided. Smart TVs are in all the bedrooms and living areas. In the front yard, you and your guests can enjoy a pool with tanning chairs and a lounging area.

The property was so close to the river and the local country store! Beautiful spot, private backyard with plenty of seating. We grilled and had a fire in the pit while admiring the live oaks up the hill. The pool was perfect for early morning or late evening dips between river visits. Would certainly return. Everything was clean and well stocked.

Everything really was great. It was just hard to check in because we arrived after dark when the office was closed and when we tried to call found out we didn't have any cell service. So that left just wandering around the neighborhood trying to figure out where we were supposed to be. But i dont consider that the properties fault. You might warn people about the cell phone issue though just to avoid confusion. Other than that the property was fantastic
