Mooi, ruim en goed uitgerust appartement. Goede bedden, ruime en prima douche. Aanrader. Prima meubilair, terras en tuin op het zuiden. Ca 2 km van het centrum van Cochem, in Sehl. Rustige omgeving. Je moet een trapje en een korte helling op om bij de ingang te komen. Als je echt slecht ter been ben is het daarom geen goede plek.
Alles beviel. Fietsen moesten tegen een trap op om in een berging te kunnen zetten. Wij hebben ze buiten beneden laten staan en dat ging prima.

Het huis is heel ruim, 2 zeer ruime slaapkamers met zitjes, ruim voldoende kastruimte. Het huis is zeer goed ingericht, ook de keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien. Goed voorzien van servies en glaswerk.
Er zijn eigenlijk geen minpunten maar als ik dan toch iets moet noemen is het dat de tweede badkamer geen douche heeft maar een bad. Ik denk dat deze badkamer gerenoveerd gaat worden en hopelijk komt er dan een douche in. Dan krijgt dit huis van mij een dikke 10.

De mooie lugging, ruime kamers, mooi terras met goed werkende bbq, jeux de boulle plaats, parking voor de e bikes inclusief laadmogelijkheden. Complete keuken.
De woning heeft twee badkamers, de een is zeer groot en de ander heeft alleen een ligbad en wc. In de badkamer met ligbad kun je niet comfortabel douchen.
