The owner was friendly and helpful and the place was clean and specious
We couldn't access any of the pools or the beaches they separate the guest from the rental which is very unprofessional and also there is no access to any heated pools so it was very frustrating.

The owner is a Gentleman, he was always trying to help although our stay, he even arranged the trip with me. . I will come back there whenever I have the chance. Thanks a lot.

We were allowed for early checked-in and late checked-out; how marvelous was that?:)The owner was very helpful and considerate. My kids enjoyed the private pool at the backyard. It was clean and to our satisfaction. The facilities at the villa were good.
There was a water dispenser at the villa but no water filler. Its best if clean drinking water is provided for the guests next time.

I booked the villa thinking it belongs to the hotel in Cancun as usual.
The booking was non-refundable, full payment in advance.
When I contacted the phone on the reservation, I was informed of hidden items which must be paid including: access the resort to reach the villa (500 EGP !!), housekeeping (250 EGP/day).
I could not refuse because the reservation is not refundable.
After 2 hours of driving, I arrived to Cancun resort, they had no information about my booking, however they collected 500 EGP not mentioned in the reservation without receipt.
After payment, I waited for 60 min at the front gate of the resort in the direct sunlight waiting for permission to enter the resort.
The owner stopped answering me on the phone nor his assistant who was supposed to deliver me the key and show me the location of the villa.
They didn’t allow me to wait in the reception of the hotel or using the toilet until they receive a green light from management.
I left the car at the front gate and walked to the reception and asked the policeman to report this issue, so, they called the owner and they finally allowed me to check-in.
This trip couldn’t get any worse.
I’m very disappointed.
