The chalet is very close to the sea, air conditioner is working well, the decor is unique and appealing, the owner is respectful and nice, no hidden fees or surprises of any sort.
La Vista Topaz itself is very clean, calm and beautiful, and the beach is amazing, just remember to get shoes for the sea as the red sea is generally rocky until you go deeper in the water.
The stay was chill and relaxing.
The pictures for the chalet posting are old, it has gotten slightly worn out due to being close to the sea; the chalet could use a clean touch up to be perfect.
However, compared to many other chalet postings I have seen, this chalet is much better!

الشاليه صاله و غرفه نوم
الجو كان شتاء لكن القريه غير مزدحمه و الاطفال استمتعوا
يفضل استخدام حزاء للبحر بسبب الصخور علي الشاطئ
الشاليه مسافه حوالي 150 متر من البحر و حمام السباحه و لا تري البحر او حمام السباحه
صاحب الشاليه ما قصر في شئ معانا, بس هيطلب فلوس زياده لو حبيت تقعد في القريه شويه بعد مغادره الشاليه, و هيطلب مغادره الشاليه الساعه 11 بالظبط

Ground floor and pet friendly it was amazing
I believe the toilet need more air (window is without net so it allow flies and other insects in
Also i think the main floor sink need some maintenance as it brings bad smells
Also terrace door lock need to be replaced for safety

The place needs renovation and location is not good
