Relaxing chalet family only

The chalet facilities are good, Ms.Nagwa is very nice and friendly, the place is clean, the neighborhood is very nice

The chalet needs a washing machine and oven adding these items would have been of great help during our stay! But we were happy with everything overall

Ms. Nagwa, the host, was exceptionally friendly and professional, she made sure that our check in and access to the resort is easy and that we had everything we needed, she also had an alternative setting for anything that didn't suit our family. Once we arrived at the main gate she was there and gave us a brief orientation on the place so we have all the options in our minds, she served us a welcome drink as well. Above all, the level of cleanliness of the chalet was exceptional, we couldn't see that in some 5 star hotels. We will definitely go back, we came as guests and left with a new friend. Nagwa was a great host, very helpful, responsive, and gave us useful info about the place. The chalet was super clean and had everything we needed.

Not about the chalet itself, but the compound: the only pool for veiled women was far, so we had to drive under the sun. Also, there’s only one restaurant inside (not very appealing), and most places don’t deliver there, so we had to drive out which isn’t ideal, especially at night in Zaafarana.
