Trochę zaniepokoiła mnie dziura pod parapetem, zwłaszcza, że bylo to 22 piętro. Z prysznica wylewała się woda za każdym razem użytkowania. Trochę mieliśmy problem z ogrzewaniem, ale zgłosiłam to Panu, który nas przywitał I szybko dostarczył nam dodatkowy grzejnik. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Ładne widoki, wszystko pod ręką. Pan, który jest na miejscu jest bardzo pomocny. Zawsze służy pomocą i dba o swoich Gości. Pobyt oceniam za udany.

Dziura pod parapetem, jak bym miała małe dzieci, to w życiu bym nie została wysłana tym pokoju. Łazienka do remontu na już.

Super-Apartment! Sehr hilfsbereiter Host! Guter Blick, Gute Location. Es gibt Busse, die sehr hilfreich sind: Aus dem Complex raus und links gehen. Über die Ampel und direkt links ist die Endhaltestelle von zwei Buslinien: 939 / 130 Diese fahren zu den Metros 9 + 2 und auch zum Shanghai Tower. Über AMap kann man die Fahrt live verfolgen. Noch weiter die Straße kommt ein französisches Cafe. Teuer, aber super. Am Ende der Straße Richtung Fluss ist eine Fähre, die zum südlich zum Bund führt.

Es fehlen Teller und Gläser. War aber nicht schlimm.

Schnelle Reaktion des Vermieters (unser eigentliche Hotel gab es nicht mehr / wurde übernommen und dieses waren ausgebucht, obwohl unsere Buchung laut Booking erfolgreich war. Auf der Suche nach einer Alternative Unterkunft in der Nähe fanden wir diese Ferienwohnung und konnten dank der schnellen Reaktion des Vermieters doch noch eine Unterkunft finden) Super Aussicht Convenience Store in der Lobby Gratis Trinkwasser wurde bereitgestellt

Bett zu hart für unseren Geschmack WLAN war extrem langsam Ausstattung sehr rudimentär (aber ausreichend und das nötigste ist vorhanden)

The host cancelled my room whilst I was in a taxi en route to it and offered me an alternative apartment with 200 Yen discounted from original price. I didn't have much choice given the time of day and the commitments I already had. In hindsight it was a huge mistake as the location was way too far away from where I needed to be. The host said there was a subway station only 3 minutes walk from apartment.....not true. No subway close by. It cost me way more than 200 Yen in taxis to get in and out of the city each day so I ended up worse off financially and in a worse standard of apartment based on the reviews I read for my original booking.

No soundproofing.....you can literally hear every word from the next apartment via the air conditioning vents and the walls are so thin that it makes it impossible to sleep when the neighbours arrive home after midnight each night. WiFi signal was very weak.....the TV and mobile phone could not run at the same time. So overall a bit of a nightmare for me.
