Boutique Qingle Hotel

Price/quality very good. The room was clean and had a nice view of the city. The location is convenient close to the metro and many shopping areas.

Location is best , center of Time Square area, Sub Way Train Station , Metro Train Station Line 2 and Line 9 with in 500 meter from Hotel, Reception staffs are very cooperative, House Keeping staff are nice to cooperate, all tourist places are very near to this Hotel , Reception Name : XIANG XIANG and YAN cooperate me lots for traveling to tourist place, regarding DIDI Cab Booking, information regarding Sub Way metro train, Room is very clean

Rooms were clean and comfortable

Blatant misadvertising facilities that didn’t exist. No fridge, no sofa, no balcony, no terrace.......not such a big deal considering the room was clean and comfortable but as I specifically book all my accomodation to include a fridge I had to cancel my 2nd and 3rd night because they couldn't fulfill what I booked. The breakfast on offer was basic fast food sandwiches ordered from a local takeaway. So if you wanted a second or third hot drink to go with your breakfast it wasn't possible and there was a waiting time just to get a simple coffee whilst they went out to collect it. So I declined the breakfast despite paying for it in advance. What was particularly frustrating was the lack of understanding or support from the staff on duty when I highlighted these issues. The manager refunded me the following day and cancelled the balance of my booking but they didn't compensate me for not fulfilling my booking details as advertised or for havi g to cancel and relocate at my expense. Overall very bad service for my first experience in China.
