I like everything except the room floor wasn’t well clean

The room is not small. The location is fine, there are shopping malls nearby. Cleaning every day.
There are no dishes at all ! Not even a tea set ! The staff just said they don't provide (but guys, then why do you have a kitchen at all?). There is no cooker, there is no microwave. Though, in the description it's written twice that there is a microwave in the room! So in reality there is a microwave only at the reception desk, which means you need to go down 27 floors every time you want to heat up your food. The windows are panoramic but dirty outside, so kinda useless. The staff doesn't speak English, just indifferently reply to you in WeChat.
