Все дуже чудово , виглядає як на фото. Гарне розташування, близько до центру. Чиста, нова, затишна квартира.

В помешканні було дуже чисто та чудова атмосфера, всі умови для проживання були на висоті.
Не значний мінус 4 поверх і дуже не зручні сходинки (стосується людей старшого віку)

Need to Improve only: Door Lock inside from the toilet. Rest is all excellent.

Фото з головної сторінки не відповідало дійсності, хоча мене про це попередили і надіслали актуальні фото. Проте оголошення мало високий рейтинг і це підкупило. По факту квартира з комахами, жахливий та брудний санвузол. Квартира потребує ремонту, меблі потрібно чистити.
