5хв до оперного, 5хв до цілодобовоє оптеки(різне буває, особливо якщо з дітьми), 3хв до Львівських круасанів, та продуктових магазинів. Досить простора квартира, автономні електричне опалення(було прохолодна погода, дуже спасало), телевізор зі смартТВ, зручне ліжко, і мега зручний диван. Тихо та чисто, два комплекти постілі. Навіть не бачили людини що заселя, все зробили по інструкції - дуже зручно. Поруч багато місць для парковки, як платної вздовж вулиці, так і безкоштовної за кутком.
Двір наче одеські дворики з джинсами що сохнуть за вікном, але тут біля оперного все таке; відсутність мікрохвильової, але при цьому безліч посуду і плита(це трішки дивно), дуже мало полиць, гачків, вішалок.

В помешканні все було чудово, тепло. Окремо слід відзначити наявність цікавої літератури.
Перш ніж потрапити в квартиру, треба пройти через дещо "атмосферний" під'їзд. Також матрац на ліжку був трохи незручним. Але це не вплинуло на позитивне враження від помешкання.
