The apartment is inside a complex. The complex has access control manned security and has very strict conduct rules - this ensures that everybody enjoys their stay - no unruly behavior and disturbance of the peace. Nice and quiet. Beautiful location.

Margate, known for its beauty, bustling beaches and vibrant atmosphere, appears to be now encountering new difficulties. There appears to be a increase in mini-bus taxis, more "for sale" signs appearing on key beachfront properties, and a noticeable neglect of residential areas between Uvongo and St. Michaels on Sea. These developments point to reduced upkeep and a potential decline in the area's condition and its socio-economic profile, which could undermine Margate’s attractiveness to both tourists and locals. To preserve Margate's reputation as a lively and inviting destination, proactive efforts from the community are essential.

1.The fact that I had to first drive somewhere to collect the keys. 2. The administration work of having to pay into two different places for this accommodation (ie. Booking.com and Bank deposit ro host), because of the security depoait needed. I think the host should rather insure her property, so that if things like glasses break or something, she can at least claim. 3.DSTV was switched off the dirty we were to check out at 10h00. So before the check out time we were unable to watch our Favourite TV Programs. 4.People were drinking alcohol at the swimming pool. So we could not enjoy swimming with children at times.

I loved the view,and the place is in excellent location..the cleanliness of the place and warmth.

Their service is not as good as I thought,we had one roll of toilet paper,we were not comfortable because the place comes with many unnecessary rules,we had to clean after ourselves because our unit didn’t have cleaners,I mean isn’t a hotel supposed to have their own cleaners?..

Dstv didn't work and you could only request assistance during office hours or pay R350 for it to be sorted.
