Dobra lokalizacja pokoju względem najważniejszych obiektów i atrakcji w Zielonej Górze. Duże podświetlane lustro w łazience. Ciekawy wybór herbat oraz lodówka w pokoju.
Dość słaba izolacja okien, przez co w pokoju było chłodno pomimo włączonych grzejników.
