Grand Kokkod Khao Kho Resort is an Impressive Resort Hotel with well designed spacious landscape of beautiful Waterfall Garden features. All rooms and environment are very clean and well maintained with excellent Room Service & Housekeeping provided. All service staff are very helpful and hospitable at their duties and in well performance, However, except One Female Receptionist unfortunately was exceptionally uncooperative and refuse to help the needs of the customer, causing extreme frustration to client's to have the pleasant experienced stay in the Resort as well as other providing sightseeing facilities. One Bad Apple spoiled it all for the entire Beautiful Barrel of Good Apples, from First Class to Third Class. So Unnecessary & Sad 😔!
