    The hotel was amazing with great views above the hill. But the hotel is located at a distant place which is steep and far from the city . There's no proper bus stand, so Grab or Bolt does not work here. It's difficult to find a taxi. The only option to find a taxi is by taking help from the local people. Therefore the taxi ride is also expensive. It would be helpful if the hotel provided transport facility. There's no one who speaks English in this hotel. So communication is a bit difficult. But the food and other facilities of the hotel is commendable. The staff are also very helpful and nice.

    We were told to stay here by friends. Great position for the sunset but we were disappointed with what we got. There is a hot tub next to each igloo but we were unable to use it as the water from the taps became cold very quickly. When we entered our igloo the air conditioning was running at 32C. My wife turned it down to 15 to cool the place down. After that we were unable to get it to go above 19 degrees, so the night became very cold. Breakfast was of very good quality with a lot of Thai food but also toast, butter and jam. Orange juice and coffee completed the meal. Staff were outstanding and helped whenever they were asked. They were unable to fix our air conditioning problem though. You wake up to a fog shrouded mountain which makes for spectacular photos.
