Had a bit of a rough time getting assistance because there truly is NO ONE there to help (as advertised). Otherwise, the room is nice and comfortable and the locaiton is fantastic. It's very clean. Good for young travellers or families.

I booked this room one year before our trip without any proper plan at first. Was expecting bad thing will happen because i saw many bad review but when we arrive at our room we were shock that room is big and all the facilities were complete for us. Best thing about them i think they saw the bad review and they improvise because last year is hard for customer to contact them but this year they reply our message ASAP and complete with answer. Very good job and will recommend this place to others

The property is very well located and the host was really helpful and answered any questions we had really quickly to any queries we had.
There’s umbrellas available to use throughout the stay which is a great addition and it rained whilst we were in Kyoto so it came in handy too.
The accommodation itself is very simple but comfortable, but it has a lot of floor space, great to pack easily before the next town.
Only thing to note is you should bring your own toiletries as it’s not available as in other hotels. Think of it more like a home stay.

Owner need to put a pull /push door sign on the Main Door for convenience of tenants.
