Чемний персонал, завди на зв'язку, навіть пізно ввечері, за що дякую. Розташування поруч з продуктовими магазинами. Зручно, що можна заселитися в будь-який час, навіть о 22 годині - це важливо, бо мій потяг приходить пізно. Постіль вже заправлена, за це теж дякую, я втомлена з дороги не витрачаю на це останні сили.
Не зачиняються на замок або ключ кімнатні двері, я не можу бути певна, що мої речі або мене хтось не троне. Нема охорони або системи виклику охорони на випадок якихось непердбачуваних ситуацій. Відсутне додаткове освітлення від акамуляторів, хоча б автономні ліхтарики на кухні можна повісити на випадок відключень світла, довелось сидіти в темряві.
