Incredible villa with spectacular views

Our company booked this stunning and unique self-catering villa for an executive off-site strategy session and the experience exceeded all expectations. YOLO Spaces went above and beyond by arranging a private chef for us, which elevated the entire experience and made catering effortless and enjoyable. From arrival to departure, the staff were professional, attentive and genuinely helpful. The villa is breathtaking, with incredibly spacious bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and entertainment areas that feel more like a boutique hotel than a private villa. The heated private pool was a fantastic added bonus, and the location is ideal — only a short four-minute walk to beautiful Clifton Beach. We would highly recommend the Mansion Villa for both corporate retreats and luxury group stays.

INCREDIBLE

Excellent location with uninterrupted ocean and mountain views. Beautifully decorated villa with a homely feel. Ideal to be directly accross the entrance of Clifton beach and 100 meters from the promenade, walking distance to restaurants. Friendly staff assisted us from arrival to departure. Thank you for a memorable time.

I disliked every moment

Beautiful Interior all round that’s it

The Penthouse seems to be the only area that is given attention, the apartment is beautifully decorated but it was filthy, found someone’s hair on the floor and couch, dining table was dirty. Found a cockroach in the kitchen drawer, Someone peeled off her nail gel and left it on the table no1 bothered to clean that area, clearly cleaning the apartment was rushed or they just don’t care about properly cleaning. Furniture doesn’t make a good stay a lot counts. Let’s not even start to mention the stairs to be used to get to the apartment absolutely horrendous. Lastly they have a breakage fee of R2500 which is not communicated prior to booking only after you’ve booked you hear about this, I mean if you booked a work trip it’s admin and causes financial issues with our business budget regardless of the fact that it’s refundable. Honestly the place has great potential but management is horrible. I forgot the apartment is next to their laundry it’s noise all night.I believe in 5* and this I’m definitely not sure. The Glen Boutique Hotel will forever have my heart In CapeTown.

High standard in a classy area

The small apartment is very delicately decorated with high quality interior, very close to Clifton 2nd Beach, and with a nice view (upper apartments has better views). The bed is king-size and super comfortable. Bath room has both bathtub and shower. TV is big and the generator kicks in shortly after load shedding starts. All necessary amenities available and high quality. Parking was convenient and safe.

For the small apartment, the pool is joint with some other guests, so not private as stated. The combined washing machine and tumble dryer did a poor job of drying the clothes. Internet was initially very slow (3-4Mbps) but was upgraded to +30Mbps after I pointed it out.

Great Location

Well equipped and maintained Appartement. The view is amazing. The pool is one level lower. To the beach it's 5-10 stairs, so you need some level of fitness. The staff was very helpful and nice.

Main Image of the property on booking.com is misleading as it makes it look like you are staying in a villa, when it is actually a collection of different buildings. From the website it is not clear which room you are actually renting on the plot of land. Our car was parked in the space offered by the hotel but we then received angry notes on our window asking for it to be removed.

Wondeful and unforgettable experience!

Beautiful, spacious and well maintained property. Excellent location and ocean views. The property has a big generator and we had no electricity cuts and grateful for that. A big plus was the outdoors jacuzzi and heated swimming pool with incredible ocean views. The professional support staff were very helpful and always friendly. Communication with the host was excellent and effective. We will book this villa again and highly recommend it.

Pleasant

Self-serving apartment in Clifton Beach. The location was great and we enjoyed the communal pool area. The apartment was also nicely decorated.

The apartment is in the ground floor/basement of a very large villa so there isn't much natural sunlight. The guests staying above us were party people and enjoyed playing loud music/having guests over at various hours. The apartment is also located right next to the utilities room so the washer/dryer is on throughout the day. Check-out was at 11am and the host kindly agreed to store our luggage for us since we had a later flight but when we returned back to the property to collect our luggage no one was there and our host was unresponsive. It took repetitive phone calls over the course of 40 minutes to get in touch with someone which was worrying since we were trying to catch a flight.
