I like the number of rooms and the view and the fact you didn't have to deal with bringing in sand with you every time you walked thru the door. Fishing was great! Loved that I could just walk out the door and a few steps down a hill and I was fishing.

The ac notification paper should be placed near the thermostat. We just happened upon the notice across the room.

Landscaping could be updated.

Location is great. Near the water, sunsets are beautiful. Decor and rooms were nice. Spacing was nice. Had plenty of towels and pillows and was equipped with things needed for the stay. The private fishing area is a huge bonus. There is a nice outside private patio. The community pool was clean and available. It goes up to 8 feet. And has a small children’s area. Even the bathroom at the pool was clean . Plenty of parking. The kitchen was equipped with utensils, silverware, and dishes. Has big beautiful windows to look out. Bed were comfortable

Bottom restroom smelled like a nursing home. Can’t use it because then it makes the living room smell like it! Only one out of the three rooms has a TV. The AC does not work well woke up in the night sweating. There are fans in each room, but doesn’t cool off enough to keep people comfortable. The lights in the hallway do not work so walking in the stairs is difficult at night without having to leave both bathroom lights on or use your cell phone flash. Can’t turn on the ceiling fan or light in the main room so heat beams in. And there is no lights outside to see the steps. I missed a step and fell. Definitely need outside lights near the stairs on the deck and to go to the water. Lighting issue is a must fix!! I’m lucky I didn’t break anything falling. But With minor touch ups this place would go from good to amazing easily. It’s really is a nice place

the unit is beautifully decorated and located close by o the beach and restaurants.

when we arrived we noticed that there was major construction In unit directly above our unit. As a result it was constant hammering and sawing from 8am-5:30. we pretty much avoided the unit during these hours. Spoke with Brianna (VACASA) and I was informed that the construction had been going on for the past few weeks but hadn’t been a problem for past tenants. Hogwash! We would have never rented this unit if we would have been told prior to booking. On our last night, we were watching TV when we saw a small rat run across the floor and disappear into the kitchen. Not sure if it’s due to the construction, but still a rat inside the unit. We decided to pack up and head home.
