O apartamento é muito bonito e espaçoso, igual como está nas fotos. O prédio possui acesso para o terraço e permite uma linda vista da cidade. A localização é ótima. Dá pra ir a pé da estação de trem e está próximo de restaurantes e do grande canal.

O apartamento está no terceiro andar e o acesso é somente por escadas. Há um elevador disponível com utilização somente dos moradores. Isso precisa ser mudado. As pessoas viajam com malas pesadas e o uso do elevador é uma necessidade.

Det kändes som att komma hem till någon, allt det genuina typiska för ett venetianskt hem fanns där. Fantastiskt att få gå upp på takterrassen även om där inte fanns ngr utemöbler. Lugn placering på lägenheten även om en livlig turistgata var precis utanför. Båtar o gondoler åkte förbi nere i kanalen. Rekommenderar att åka mitt i veckan, lite mindre turister då. Rummet var rymligare än vi trodde.

Hade verkligen velat ha en kudde till och trist att inte kunna få använda hissen iaf när man kom o åkte. Boendet ligger på tredje våningen av 5.

Having to carry luggage up to the 3rd floor

A cozy apartment. It's easy to get to from the train station with luggage, except for the elevator (3rd floor), which is out of order for tourists. It has a fully equipped kitchen. A friendly woman greeted us and explained everything about the apartment. The only thing I needed was the exact address to enter into the GPS, as it wasn't listed. It was chilly in the apartment at first in October, but they explained how to turn on the heating. It’s convenient that you can leave contactlessly, just by leaving the key in the apartment,

The apartment doesn't have a terrace! The terrace in the photo is the attic of the entire building, accessed two floors above from the shared staircase. You need to open the lock on a small attic door and crouch across the attic to access it. It's only accessible between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. I chose this apartment over other offers because it had a private terrace, but it wasn't available. It's very noisy at night. The windows are poorly insulated, so you can hear the loud noise of some harbor ships on the river in front of the house, especially at night. The apartment in the photo looks newer, but in real life, I felt like I was visiting my aunt or grandmother; I didn't feel like I was not on vacation. There are so many details that I couldn't immediately spot my things among all the other things in it. I don't understand the Italian system: why don't you get a proper blanket and duvet cover instead of just a sheet and a throw? When you sleep, the sheet comes off and the throw can touch you. It's unhygienic! The shower stall and shower head are old. The shower head leaks and needs to be replaced.
