Superbe situation près de la mer. Très confortable et bien équipé. Super relation avec le propriétaire très attentif. A 5 minutes en voiture du centre ville.

All very comfortable. The care and attention given by the owner was excellent. The site and pool were marvellous: quiet and restful. Easy walking to the shops and restaurants.

There was only one waste bin in the kitchen but outside on the roadside the bins were separated and ready for glass, plastic etc to have been sorted already. l suggest done separate recycling bins just outside the front door, under cover, to make the job easier.

La Gardenia is an amazing development that I have been going to for 36 years. The gardens, pool and views are exceptional.

There are 52 apartments in this location. No 41 is very tired and outdated. The bathrooms are old and mouldy (although they were as clean as they can be) the living area is not comfortable and the kitchen is not well equipped - there was one mouldy chopping board and only 4 eating knives for a property that sleeps 6! The dishwasher was filthy and needed a deep clean. The property could do with some updates and TLC - an easy fix would be to make sure the kitchen is appropriately equipped and the hob works!!
