About this villa rental
If you are one of those people who always like to experience things in a very special way, this holiday home is the ideal accommodation for your next summer vacation. It clearly surpasses what one expects from a summer house in many ways.
In addition to this, the villa has been completely renovated in 2023, an exhaustive renovation that provides numerous improvements to the guest: air conditioning in all bedrooms, a dining/living room , as well with aircon, and two additional floors with immense terraces that allow fantastic views over the resort and the sea.
The living room has a “home cinema” installation with a roll-up projection screen that allows the whole family to enjoy the maximum luxury of the audiovisual experience. On the first floor you will find an additional salon with a pool billard table.
The house is located in the upper area of the beautiful and well-kept urbanization of Punta Prima, just 400 meters from its beach and the promenade, this means that it is far enough from the center to have a very quiet location and an excellent view over the urbanization, and over the sea.
The interior is fantastic. 200 m2 of good taste, all spacious and bright, with many extras, lovingly furnished and in a great location.
There are 2 bedrooms with double bed and 3 twin bedrooms.
Punta Prima is a small but very complete holiday resort with a nice beach of white fine sand. Here you will find everything you need, restaurants, bars, car and bike rental, pharmacy, two supermarkets, souvenir shops, a handicraft market several days a week. There is a regular bus connection with the capital Mahón, which is only about 12 km away. So you can also take easily advantage of the wide range of cultural and gastronomic offers there.

Villa very peaceful, with lovely salt water pool. Well equipped, just missing a kettle & the usual owners guide book. One thing, only one A/C unit in dining sun room, none in bedrooms or elsewhere in villa.

The location of this villa is great and the island is beautiful and the people very friendly we stayed last week the first impression of the villa was very good however after a few days we noticed a smell of damp in every cupboard maby this is normal in Spain the pool was fantastic or though the filters were not running all in all we will go back to the island but won't stay in this villa again
