FLOR Villa Marina - Puerto Mahón

Excelentes vistas y ubicacion. Facil llegar en coche y/o pedir taxis. Una casa super comoda y bonita. Super recomendable, una maravilla.

Por error nos cobraron casi 300€ de "tasa de limpieza" durante el check in y para poder entrar en la casa tuvimos que pagarlos. Despues lo devolvieron porque fueron un error pero de primeras, nos enfadamos bastante con esa gestion.

The location of the villa was very scenic, we found the villa easily and the actual location was perfect but only if you hired a car. It was mostly quiet although there was a very loud party on the last saturday which didn't bother us too much but if I had small children it wouldn't have been ideal. Especially as the sound echo's from the port anyway. The house next door was being renovated which was a bit noisy.

The worst part was getting the codes to get into the property, it was very complicated to pay the visitor tax and send a email to get the information, I don't have email on my phone which proved problematic, luckily I had my adult daughters with me who sorted it out. We like to cook on some occasions and found the kitchen lacked serving plates, utensils, chopping boards and cooking vessels etc., which made it quite a chore. We bought mugs to leave at the villa for cups of tea. We would have also liked a barbecue, my husband likes to cook on fire. The only other thing the owners should think about is having the villa cleaned during a stay, we didn't have our beds changed and ended up washing towels etc., which is not something you want to do when on a 10 day holiday.

The view… Quality spacious property…

A few organizational items could have been better. With numerous issues coming to light (incorrect access code, air con’ not working in one bedroom, power cut… etc, etc, etc) it felt at times that we were the first guests of the summer. All issues thankfully resolved and we very much enjoyed our stay.

Es una casa preciosa con todas las comodidades, en un lugar privilegiado y extremadamente tranquilo. Ver pasar desde el salón los barcos y cruceros por el puerto es una sensación indescriptible, las vistas son una pasada. Tiene parking privado con cargador eléctrico. Está a 5 minutos en coche de Mahón. Todas las habitaciones tienen su TV y hay buena cobertura wifi. Te atienden por teléfono las 24h si necesitas ayuda. Repetiremos seguro.

Nos gustó todo, ha sido un gran descubrimiento. Lo recomendamos al 100%.
