About this villa rental
Villa de diseño moderno con espectaculares vistas al puerto de Mahón. Cuenta con 4 dormitorios y 3 baños, y dispone de aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones y en el salón.
Ofrece piscina privada y una amplia terraza con zona de comedor al aire libre y vistas al mar, perfecta para relajarse y disfrutar del entorno.
Cuna y trona incluidas; juegos extras 5€/noche. Toallas y sábanas incluidas. No se proporcionan básicos de cocina ni baño.
¡Esperamos que disfruten y tengan muchos momentos de diversión durante sus vacaciones! Sin embargo, apreciaríamos mucho si son conscientes y mantienen el ruido al mínimo durante las horas nocturnas. Las fiestas están absolutamente prohibidas durante toda la estancia.
A sólo 15 minutos en coche de varias playas, Mahón es la principal ciudad de la isla. Dispone de todos los servicios e instalaciones además de poder realizar un sinfín de actividades. Restaurantes, pubs, supermercados, mercados, divertidas veladas en una de sus terrazas, visitas culturales, paseos en barco desde su impresionante puerto, etc.

Please report broken things, to avoid problems for us with future guests
No security deposit is required; however, you have the option to purchase coverage for potential property damage. If you choose not to, Airbnb mediation will apply in case of any damage.
All hosts of certified legal tourism rentals in the baleares have the duty to collect the tourism tax from the guests for the government (2,2€ per adult/night with reduced rate after 9th night) this tax is not included in the rental price. Guests are hereby informed that hosts are duly authorized to collect the tourist tax through means external to the platform used to make the reservation. This measure complies with current regulations and must be fulfilled upon check-in or as otherwise instructed by the host. Please mind always to rent certificated legal tourism properties.
Guests must dispose of rubbish and waste in the nearest bin.
Accommodation in a country house does not exempt guests from complying with this rule.

Fantastic villa in a great position. Mahon is lovely. Cleanliness good except bathrooms could have been better. Overall great experience and would go again.

This property definitely served up a beautiful view. That was the best part of our stay. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed. Unfortunately, other parts of the stay weren’t as comfortable. The beds, pillows, towels and sheets were very low quality. They were more Motel 6 than high end rental. We each had one towel provided so during our two week stay and we had to wash our towels several times during our stay. It was difficult to shower, wash our towels and hang them to dry. The next morning they were still damp. The pillows were awful and beds not very comfortable. I would recommend future guests insist and more towels and new pillows.
