Galini Palace

Excellent breakfast and dinner with an amazing variety of choices. Great selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. We're recommending the gyros souvlaki in the snack bar. The drinks & cocktails selection was huge compared to other all-inclusive hotels in Greece. We had a shared pool room with a fantastic overview of the mountains and the pool area but there wasn't any umbrellas therefore in the afternoon was too hot due to lack of shadow. The room itself was well designed and clean.

Unfortunately the staff members not helpful in the reception. The garden in the hotel needs some more trees and flowers. The hotel doesn't have the Greek vibe. Unfinished concrete parts are visible in numerous places feels like the hotel is incomplete. It is not a cosy hotel. Don't the alacarte restaurant!! The furniture is not nice at all. It is definitely not a 5 star place to stay.

After a long flight we booked spa time at the resort’s wellness centre. The massage and sauna area were relaxing, the staff professional and friendly. It helped us switch off and enjoy our holiday right away.

The spa is terrible, the toals smell like humidity and the massagist even though very polite definitely needs to learn professional massage, at the reception at the check out the receptionist Artemis didn’t wanted to present us the bill of what we consumed before we paid, insisting that I should just pay whatever price she told me I had to pay even when first she told me one price, and than another price, always with passive aggressive communication, completely different from the other receptionists we dealt with
