Unfortunately, this hotel was a big disappointment for me, especially considering the price and the ratings. The location feels like the middle of nowhere, with very little around the hotel. The beach is long and nice for a walk, but the water itself didn’t look particularly clean or inviting. The strongest point of the hotel is definitely the cleanliness. Everything is very clean and the entire hotel smells beautiful and this is probably the biggest highlight of my stay. What is really missing, however, is atmosphere, energy and hospitality. The staff seem tired and unenthusiastic, with hardly any smiles or positive interaction with guests. There is simply no holiday feeling or positive vibe. And honestly, the hotel is SO boring. There is almost no music around the pool, no entertainment and very little happening throughout the day or evening. I understand that some people are looking for complete peace and quiet, but this feels almost lifeless. I would recommend it only to someone whose idea of a holiday is doing absolutely nothing and spending the entire day lying by the pool. The dinner buffet at Cosmos was also quite average and below what I would expect from a hotel at this price level. The gym is another disappointment — it is located underground and is extremely small with very poor equipment considering the size and category of the hotel and trust me, I often stayed in similiar hotel category. Overall, this hotel simply didn’t attract me in any way. There is nothing that would make me excited to spend time here or want to come back. The rates are, in my opinion, completely exaggerated for what you actually receive in return. I genuinely wish I had booked somewhere else. If you are looking for atmosphere, music, some entertainment, good energy and a real holiday vibe, I would definitely look elsewhere. Unfortunately, I will not be back.
