the location was good with beach directly at the lake and proximity to supermarkets and touristic cities Arona, Stresa

the bungalow was not well cleaned, dead bugs in the ceiling lamps, toilet and sink were unstable, spider nets everywhere inside and outside. proper cleaning should be done after each guest

The first night was dreadful the cabin was cold damp and far too small for 4 adults The curtains didn’t cover the windows properly very poorly equipped even with heating on we didn’t sleep as it was so cold Absolute nightmare

We complained and asked to be moved the manager was very understanding and moved us into a higher standard cabin which was modern and warm What a difference unbelievable should have put us into it on first night After a traumatic first night it was Wonderful Loved it

Superb

Super nice site, with a lovely beach with clear water. My child loved the place and it is very child friendly. It is a good idea to bring bathing shoes since there are a lot of stones on the beach.

The house was nice, although not that clean. A small oven would have been nice.

Goeie vakantie gehad

We kwamen 18 jaar geleden op deze camping ,er is weinig veranderd ,veel Italianen, het mooie Lago Magiorre ,waar je zo in kunt lopen ,vriendelijk personeel ,we willen volgend jaar terug maar dan in het hoog seizoen ,lijkt ons dan nog gezelliger.

Helaas een oudere stacaravan ,als we weer boeken dan willen we een andere, jong personeel is niet zo heel goed in Engels, wel heel vriendelijk hoor,en verder moet je niet teveel verwachtingen hebben,gewoon voor je rust ,lekker genieten

Gemoedelijke sfeer, maar erg smerig

Locatie van de stacaravan vlakbij het water en over het algemeen vriendelijke mensen

Ondanks dat er op Booking.com stond dat er geen huisdieren waren toegestaan leek het alsof er voor ons verblijf wekenlang honden in de stacaravan hadden gezeten en dat het niet was schoongemaakt. Ik heb gelijk àlles aangeveegd met als resultaat een grote bol hondenhaar. Overal zat het; In de woonkamer, slaapkamers, badkamer, zelfs op de bedden en bank. Verschrikkelijk en we hebben ons daardoor 3 dagen lang vies gevoeld. We hebben dit direct op de eerste dag aangegeven bij het personeel; Ze spraken geen Engels, maar leken het wel te begrijpen. Bij het uitchecken nogmaals aangegeven. De 2 personen leken het wel vervelend te vinden, maar meer dan me bedenkelijk aankijken konden ze ook niet.

SEJOUR TRES DECEVANT AVEC PLAGE DE BOUE ET PISCINE AVEC BONNET DE BAIN EXIGE - NE RECOMMANDE PAS !

La gentillesse du personnel, malgré le fait qu'il ne parlait pas anglais, mais uniquement italien. Il manquait des bols et des verres dans le mobil home et ils nous ont été fourni immédiatement après que nous l'ayons signalé. Le fait qu'il y ait un hypermarché à 2 minutes en voiture pour faire les courses.

Beaucoup de choses : L'emplacement du camping n'est pas idéal, loin des villages intéressants du lac majeur. Le personnel ne parle pas anglais mais uniquement italien. Le camping possède sa proche "plage" hors, c'est une plage de boue !!!! En effet, il y a un bac à sable pour que les enfants puissent jouer mais la plage, à proprement parler, est une plage de boue immonde et dégoutante, horrible... totalement inutilisable !!! De plus, la camping possède une petite piscine, propre et entretenue mais la direction exige le port de bonnet de bain, pour tout le monde !!!! Nous n'avons donc, pas, non plus, utilisé la piscine à cause de cela.... Nous n'en avions pas été informés avant de venir et nous ne voulions, pas investir dans 4 bonnets !!!! Il n'y a pas de four micro ondes dans le mobil home, ce qui n'est pas forcément très pratique pour les bols de lait du matin... Le camping est à 90% occupé par des habitués italiens qui possèdent leurs propres tentes à l'année, qui se connaissent tous et qui, sont donc très bruyants, à discuter entre eux... à regarder la télévision très fort et à disposer leurs étendoirs à linge à la place de votre véhicule, au soleil, devant votre mobil home.... Nous avons eu un peu l'impression d'être de trop, parmi tous ces habitués et les très rares étrangers du camping...

Les bruits , très compliqué dormir bruits de moteur des bateaux, un bruit continu et énervant . La plage il a boue part tout , pas propre.. Trop cher.

Ein wenig schade war es, das es nicht wirklich ein Restaurant auf der Anlage gab.

Très reposant, loin du stress du quotidien

Très bel emplacement, personnel fort sympathique et toujours à l'écoute. Petit bungalow très charmant et confortable.

Le camping est situé à côté d'une grande route au trafic important, ce n'est pas optimal pour les piétons et quand on n'a pas de voiture.
