The location was great. Walking distance to a lot.
The front desk staff was quite unfriendly. The room was too warm and we couldn’t sleep. Then I left my phone charger in the room, I called to ask them to have housekeeping check and they put me on hold for over 20 minutes.. I hung up and called back and they said they were waiting to hear from housekeeping and they would have them bring it to the front desk so I could come and get it. I got there an hour later, they still hadn’t heard from housekeeping and they wouldn’t let me go up to the room and get it myself. I couldn’t wait any longer so someone got a new $40 iPhone charger…. Infuriating
