The apartments are located inside a huge golf club. There are a number of 'villages', each having 50-100 apartments. Very peaceful, beautiful and serene. Well equipped, well furnished and very clean. A steal at this price.
There was no staff in sight. The entire experience was completely automated. Luckily we did not need any service or assistance.
There are not many cuisine options nearby. Brewster is less 'happening' than Provicetown, Chatham and other towns in Cape Cod.

Didn't know there was a breakfast. The Lynx restaurant was good.
More fans to use. I would have like information regarding the closest beaches for sunrise...
We couldn't use the hot tub.

I enjoyed the location.
The information was not clear on the pool, I didn't know how to access the pool passes. I contacted the management team and got a text within less than 24 hours, but I would have rather been prepared.
Also the tenant below us was a not pleasant.
