Clean and tidy and really lovely space. Nice and cool and a lovely pool area. Stefania who manages the property is the nicest lady ever. So kind and helpful. We were texting before we went there and nothing was too much for her. She made the stay to be honest.

The location isn’t brilliant, there was a tiny town down the road but you couldn’t walk it. We hired a car and were attending a wedding that’s why we choose the location.

Beautifully located accommodation perfect for exploring the surrounding area of Tuscany. Cities like Siena, Florent and co. are less than 60 minutes away. In addition, the complex is in the middle of nowhere so that you can enjoy the peace and quiet.

However, it didn't quite live up to our expectations. The property was still in hibernation so chairs were still on the tables and could not be seen from the lovely design, it is also tucked away from everything and difficult to access for normal vehicles due to the dirt roads. Also, there is nothing in the immediate vicinity, meaning it is not within walking distance. The facility is also a bit old. The apartments are very, very simply furnished and could also be better cleaned. In addition, a lot of heating is required on cold nights. So if you are looking for simple, authentic accommodation, this is the place for you, but you should not expect too much.
