Beautiful area, beautiful garden, nice pool and restaurant, you can watch sunset
Restaurant was closed most of our stay To me, breakfast was not such a highlight comparing to other properties in Tuscany Felt a bit deserted however on the other hand, there were moments like it was our private area

Nice location, beautiful nature. Room was clean.
The owners vibe was a bit off. We booked the suite, but they changed it to a very small room on the day of our arrival and told us that it was mistake from Booking.com, but we will never know if someone wanted that suite for few nights more. Than told us we cant get dinner without the reservation, but then allowed us to come and there was plenty of space. Easter breakfast was disapointing.
