ibis budget Warszawa West Station

The hotel is spotless but basic, which was fine for me. The staff are friendly and spoke great English. The location is further out of town but public transport is easy and cheap to access. I did walk to Old Town- it took about an hour but is flat and direct with interesting things to look at along the way. It is in a quiet neighbourhood but there are local shops near to it.

10 minutes walk from the West Station. Clean, comfortable and very pleasant staff. Good breakfast and food in the restaurant.

We stayed twice- once when we first arrived in Warsaw and then 3 weeks later; the day before we left Warsaw. The room served the purpose we needed for a 1 night stay. The breakfast was nice with several choices of food. Nothing super fancy, but basic, good, and satisfying. The room was clean and was quiet. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and kind. They were very helpful to call us taxis when we needed them. They spoke English well. We thank you for the good service! Hotel also very close to the Warsaw West Bus Station (we needed to be close for our ongoing travels) and close to a Zabka and Biedronka store!

The 2nd stay, there was some loud door banging going on late in the night at times, so that kept us awake a bit. Not sure where it was coming from. The rooms are VERY small, but since these were one night stays only, it was fine. Wouldn't stay on the "Budget" side of the hotel if we were staying longer than a day.

On breakfast was available carrot fresh.

I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel. The food was disappointing — not even a simple omelette at breakfast. The room was very uncomfortable and felt more like a hospital room than a cozy hotel. There was no kettle, no hairdryer, and no iron provided. Surprisingly, there was no small table by the bed and no proper power plug near the bed— only one outdated USB port, and not even a Type-C. Overall, the room was so uninviting that I didn’t even want to return to it in the evening. Honestly, staying in a hostel would have been a better choice.
