The room was very clean, and we had a kettle available for making coffee. The bed was comfortable, and overall, we had a pleasant stay
We did not receive a small towel during our stay. Also, the TV was a bit old Style and could be upgraded.

The bed was very comfortable for us and provided good rest. The cooling system also worked perfectly in the extremely hot summer days. Also, the staff was friendly and willing to answer our questions.
We arrived at the hotel close to midnight and were feeling very hungry. Sadly, there was no opportunity for room service and the kitchen was also closed. The vending machine we could find in the building was empty.
As others mentioned, a mini fridge would be a great addition to the room, especially since it is a three star hotel.

On the reception the staff was very friendly and helpful.
I stayed overnight during the weekend with breakfast included.
1. The breakfast was disappointing.
I came to breakfast at 9:30 (the breakfast is until 11:00) and some bowls of vegetables were already empty.
I've asked if it is possible to have more and I was told that it's already gone.
The response was truly surprising as I believe that the guest who came for breakfast at 8:00 and at 10:30 should have the same breakfast options, since the payment for the breakfast is not dependent on the hour.
Additionally, there were no fresh fruits at all despite the nice photos of Hotel with apples and oranges.
2. The pillows are very uncomfortable.
